This Privacy Policy explains how Janiva Digital Marketing Inc (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit hiddenrev.com or submit your details on our landing pages. We’re based in Canada and many of our clients are in the United States.
1) What we collect
Contact details you provide: first name and email address (e.g., when you download a resource, join a waitlist, or request information).
Basic site activity data: standard logs and cookies that help the site function and let us understand which pages are visited. We do not use this to personally identify you.
We do not collect payment information on hiddenrev.com. If you purchase, payment is handled by HubSpot Payments (see Section 5).

Send what you requested and follow up by email.
Share relevant tips, updates, and invitations (you can unsubscribe any time).
Improve our pages, offers, and emails (e.g., which topics people read most).
Comply with legal, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Legitimate interests: operating and improving our services in ways that respect your privacy.
You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9).

5) Payments handled by HubSpot
We don’t collect or store payment card data on hiddenrev.com. If you buy from us, your payment is processed by HubSpot Payments, which collects your billing details directly. Your payment data is governed by HubSpot’s terms and privacy practices.
6) Sharing your information
We share personal information only with:
Service providers who support our business (e.g., HubSpot for forms, email, CRM, and payments). They can use your info only to provide services to us and must protect it.
Legal and safety: if required by law or to protect our rights or those of others.
We do not sell personal information.
7) International transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We take steps to protect your information consistent with applicable laws (including Canada’s PIPEDA).
8) Data retention
We keep your contact details while we have an ongoing relationship or business need (for example, to send what you asked for), then delete or anonymize within a reasonable period.

Unsubscribe: every marketing email includes an opt-out link.
Access/Update/Correct: email us to review or correct your information.

California & other U.S. state residents: Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, or correct your personal information and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (as defined by law). We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t knowingly “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you still wish to submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, use the form in Section 12 or email us.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we collect. No system is 100% secure; if an incident occurs, we’ll act responsibly and consistent with applicable laws.
11) Children
Our site and services aren’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.
12) State requests: “Do Not Sell or Share”
We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in certain U.S. state laws. If you are a resident of a state that grants these rights and you would like to submit a request, you may:
Email: privacy@hiddenrev.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share Request” and include your full name, state of residence, and the email address you used with us; or
Submit the form at /privacy-requests (see sample form below).
We’ll verify your request and respond as required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority and the consumer’s verifiable information.
13) Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new date at the top when we do. Material changes may be highlighted on this page or via email where appropriate.
